Our refund terms depend on which product you’ve purchased. Here’s exactly what applies to each:
Free 5 Online Income Streams (Free Guide)
This is a free resource — no payment is involved, so there is nothing to refund.
$7 Blogging Income Starter Pack
Purchases are processed through Gumroad. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund in accordance with Gumroad’s standard policies for digital products. Contact us first at support@incomejets.com and we’ll help resolve it directly.
$27 Ultimate Online Income Toolkit
This product is an instant-access digital download. Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact support and we’ll make sure you get access.
Delivery Issues
If you paid for a product and did not receive it, or the file won’t open, this is not a refund situation — it’s a delivery issue, and we’ll fix it. Email support@incomejets.com with your order confirmation and we’ll sort it out quickly.
